Omniva parcel machine<\/strong> \u2013 shipping cost starting from \u20ac3 (small parcel)<br \/>\n<strong>2. Itella Smartpost parcel machine<\/strong> \u2013 shipping cost starting from \u20ac3 (small parcel)<br \/>\n<strong>3. DPD parcel machine<\/strong> \u2013 shipping cost starting from \u20ac3 (small parcel)<br \/>\n<strong>4. Pick up in person<\/strong> \u2013 collect your order from Muhu Island.<\/p>\n<p>The standard delivery time for orders is typically 2-3 days. You will be contacted if the estimated delivery time is longer. These four options apply to deliveries within Estonia. International shipping depends on the chosen method.<\/p>\n<h2>Returning Goods or Replacement:<\/h2>\n<p>The buyer has the right to return the purchased item to the seller within 14 days from receiving the goods.<br \/>\nThe buyer must send the returnable item at their expense to one of the following parcel machines: Muhu Liiva Alexela parcel machine, Muhu Liiva DPD Pickup machine, Muhu Liiva Valge Smartpost house. The refund will be processed on the next working day after the returned item arrives.<br \/>\nTo return items, please contact us at info@hopa.ee or +372 5647 5766.<br \/>\nThe returned item must not have been used and should be in its original packaging (according to the Law of the Republic of Estonia on Obligations https:\/\/www.riigiteataja.ee\/akt\/961235).&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.riigiteataja.ee\/akt\/961235\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.riigiteataja.ee\/akt\/961235<\/a>).<br \/>\nReplacement of defective or faulty goods is covered by the seller within 14 days, and from the 15th day onwards, it is at the buyer's expense.<br \/>\nReplacing defective Hopa prints is always covered by the seller, regardless of when the product was purchased or when the defect was discovered.<\/p>\n<h2>Order Cancellation:<\/h2>\n<p>Order cancellation is possible as long as the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.<br \/>\nIf the order has already been dispatched, it will be treated as a return of goods.
