To Register or Not:
You can make purchases by registering as a user or without registration.
Registering as a user provides the following advantages:
- You won't need to add your details for subsequent orders.
- You'll receive information about discounts and promotions.
- You can view your order history.
Prices and Payment:
All prices displayed on our website are final and inclusive of VAT.
Items can be ordered to Omniva, DPD, or Smartpost parcel machines, with a shipping fee starting from €3 depending on the parcel's size.
Purchases made on the online store require a 100% prepayment from the buyer.
Payment for orders can be made based on an invoice.
Shipping and Delivery Time:
When placing an order, select a shipping method from the following options:
1. Omniva parcel machine – shipping cost starting from €3 (small parcel)
2. Itella Smartpost parcel machine – shipping cost starting from €3 (small parcel)
3. DPD parcel machine – shipping cost starting from €3 (small parcel)
4. Pick up in person – collect your order from Muhu Island.
The standard delivery time for orders is typically 2-3 days. You will be contacted if the estimated delivery time is longer. These four options apply to deliveries within Estonia. International shipping depends on the chosen method.
Returning Goods or Replacement:
The buyer has the right to return the purchased item to the seller within 14 days from receiving the goods.
The buyer must send the returnable item at their expense to one of the following parcel machines: Muhu Liiva Alexela parcel machine, Muhu Liiva DPD Pickup machine, Muhu Liiva Valge Smartpost house. The refund will be processed on the next working day after the returned item arrives.

The returned item must not have been used and should be in its original packaging (according to the Law of the Republic of Estonia on Obligations https://www.riigiteataja.ee/akt/961235). https://www.riigiteataja.ee/akt/961235).
Replacement of defective or faulty goods is covered by the seller within 14 days, and from the 15th day onwards, it is at the buyer's expense.
Replacing defective Hopa prints is always covered by the seller, regardless of when the product was purchased or when the defect was discovered.
Order Cancellation:
Order cancellation is possible as long as the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
If the order has already been dispatched, it will be treated as a return of goods. The buyer organizes the return of the goods and covers the transportation costs in both directions.
